Free Trial

We have offered a free trial that gives you ample opportunities to decide if our services are for you. We have a great concept and great savings but we are also aware that everyone has different needs and requirements. The free trial lets you see the product for yourself and confirm that this is (or isn’t) really for you. You aren’t billed even your free trial ends. We again need your consent to shift your account from freemium to our paid membership. By accepting and completing the payment for membership you waive your right to a refund.

Immediately upon completion of your membership period you will be automatically billed by our payment processor. Once this has taken place we cannot offer a refund. If, for any reason, you decide that our service is not for you then you must cancel before you are billed. Once you are billed we cannot offer a refund. We always ensure that our free trials are long enough for you to make a very balanced and informed choice.

Refunds (if applicable)

Whenever you subscribe and sign in to our portal you become a member of our Closed User Group. We are then ready to show you the discounts on hotels. It conflicts with the ethos of offering discounted travel rates to refund the membership charges. In this way, once you subscribe we don't offer any refunds. But yes by checking the discounts, you will be happy with your purchase and that makes it a rare problem.

Quarterly Plans (if applicable)

We don't offer any discounts for members who subscribe to our quarterly plans. In case if you are not sure about our services, we offer a free trial. In this way, you can make a smart decision. Our quarterly plans don't offer any discount in any case.

Recurring Subscriptions

All of our subscriptions plan come with recurring membership. For an uninterrupted service, our payment processor automatically collects subscription charges.

In any case, if you are no longer looking for your membership to continue, than you must cancel before the next billing cycle.

Discounted/offline services (if applicable)

Any discounted/offline subscription charges are non-refundable. We offer refunds at only regular prices. Hence any purchases made with coupon code or discount code make them ineligible for refunds.
