travelOsports India (the “Company”), owner and operator of the ShowMe Holidays travel club, is committed to protecting the reputation and integrity of the ShowMe Holidays Membership. This Code of Conduct applies to your actions and behaviors as a Member. It is a part of and forms your entire agreement to the Membership Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

Prohibited Booking Terms
  • Reselling any purchased or booked hotel/resort. If you are unable to show up in your booked hotel, please refer to the cancellation policy associated with your individual booking or else contact our customer support.
  • Either booking hotel exclusively for non-members or transferring a booking to non members where a member is no longer part of the booking.
Guaranteed Savings General Terms:

The “Guaranteed Lowest Price” policy is available for ShowMe Holidays members with active paid memberships only. "Guaranteed Lowest Price" policy applies only to online hotel rates available to the general public at the time and date of booking and excludes rates or discounts that are not available to the general public, including, but not limited to, corporate, group, charter, meeting/convention, government/military, and senior citizen rates/discounts. Maximum one room/cabin per member per stay. Cannot be applied to multiple reservations for the same hotel room and dates. Multiple claims for consecutive nights at the same hotel is prohibited.

The “Guaranteed Lowest Price” policy does not apply to hotel rooms booked through or in combination with frequent stay, loyalty, points, or other reward type programs, bookings through coupon promotions, won through contests or sweepstakes or transferred, or bookings on opaque websites that do not allow you to see the name of the hotel until your reservation is complete.

The “Guaranteed Lowest Price” policy cannot be combined with any other ShowMe Holidays promotional offers including booking credits and discounted gift cards.

The “Guaranteed Lowest Price” policy applies to the total cost including taxes and booking fees. Furthermore, the “Guaranteed Lowest Price” only applies if the total competitor cost is lower than the one offered by ShowMe Holidays. Promotional packages, deals, or bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals, or entertainment are not eligible.

ShowMe Holidays reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, do not meet eligibility requirements, or for which you have provided incomplete information.

ShowMe Holidays will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the “Guaranteed Lowest Price” policy with respect to rates loaded in error by another party or any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in materials relating to rates provided by other parties.

Void where prohibited by law. ShowMe Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel the “Guaranteed Lowest Price” policy at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified “Guaranteed Lowest Price” Terms and Conditions on the ShowMe Holidays website. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the “Guaranteed Lowest Price” policy from showmeholidays.com

How to Cancel Membership

Members can cancel their membership up to seven or thirty days (seven for monthly subscription memberships and thirty for annual memberships) from the date of purchase as long as no bookings were made. To cancel your membership please contact our customer support at info@showmeholidays.com.

Termination by ShowMe Holidays

We may terminate your ShowMe Holidays Membership at our discretion without notice. We will not give any refund for termination. We will terminate accounts related to misconduct, including any misconduct that violates these terms, any applicable law, fraud or misuse of ShowMe Holidays Membership, or is harmful to our interests of another member. We may also terminate your account if we determine that fraudulent payment or address information and/or incomplete or invalid information was provided during the signup process, or the country of origin where the application emanated from has been identified as a prohibited country. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these policies will not constitute a waiver of our rights.

Hotel Reservation Payment

Your credit card/debit card or other payment method is charged in full at the time you book a reservation. The amount you pay is the amount charged to us by the lodging vendor and the booking fee retained by us for booking the reservation. You authorize us to charge you for the total reservation price, which includes the amount shown for the reservation plus recovery of the tax charges and booking fee. Upon charging your credit card/debit card or other payment method, you authorize us to complete your lodging reservation on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with the suppliers.

Any obvious error (including errata, typographic errors, mistakes in currency conversions and fee errors in general) are not binding. In the event of an error, ShowMe Holidays reserves the right to cancel any reservation made and refund the money paid by the member, without any resulting responsibility for ShowMe Holidays.

Free Trial

If we have provided you with a free trial then you will have had ample opportunity to decide if our products or services are for you. We have a great product and great savings but we know that everyone has different needs and requirements. The free trial lets you see the product for yourself and confirm that this is (or isn’t) really for you. You can cancel your membership at any time during the trial and will not be billed. By accepting and completing the trial you waive your right to a refund.

Immediately upon completion of your free trial you will be automatically billed by our payment processor. Once this has taken place we cannot offer a refund. If, for any reason, you decide that our service is not for you then you must cancel before you are billed. Once you are billed we cannot offer a refund. We always ensure that our free trials are long enough for you to make a very balanced and informed choice.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are unusual however we strive for 110% Customer Satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase then please contact us. We will try our very best to make things right. Please email info@showmeholidays.com.

Once you have subscribed and logged in to the website you form part of our Closed User Group. We are then able to show you the discounted travel products. It goes against the ethos of offering discounted travel prices to refund the subscription fees. Thus, once you have subscribed we do not offer any refunds. However, this is rarely a problem.

Monthly Plans (if applicable)

We do not offer any refunds for customers that subscribe to a monthly plan. If you’re not sure if our service is for you then we recommend that you subscribe to one of our plans that offer a free trial. You can then evaluate for yourself if our service is for you. All sales on monthly plans are final and cannot be refunded.

Recurring Subscriptions

All plans come with a recurring subscription. Our payment processor will automatically collect this subscription to ensure that you don’t suffer any down time and for your continued access to our product.

If you do not wish to continue with your membership then you must cancel your membership before the next billing period. Once you enter the next billing period you will be automatically subscribed and our payment processor will collect payment. Once this happens we are unable to offer any refunds.

Again, if you do not want to remain a member you must cancel your membership before you enter the next billing cycle. Once you enter the next billing cycle your card will be charged automatically and we cannot offer a refund. All recurring subscriptions are final and cannot be refunded.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items include any purchase that has been made using a discount code or coupon or any item that is listed as being discounted in some way.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card or payment information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve

  • Transmissions over various networks, and
  • changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card and payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness Of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation

  • to maintain any comments in confidence.
  • to pay compensation for any comments, or
  • to respond to any comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service. You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ShowMe Holidays and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.


In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.


The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
